Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of support do you offer?
I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for mothers who are feeling overwhelmed, isolated, struggling to cope, or experiencing heavy moments that have become too much to continue to bare, allowing you the time, freedom and security to have those candid and difficult conversations that you have been afraid to speak about.
I share understanding, encouragement, and practical advice based on real-life experiences of motherhood.
Are your sessions online or in person?
All my sessions are held virtually or by phone, so you can join from the comfort of your own home — no travel, no stress.
Are you a therapist or counsellor?
No — I’m not a therapist or mental health professional.
My sessions are based on lived experience, empathy, and peer support.
If you ever need professional or medical help, I’ll encourage you to contact your GP, NHS 111, or a qualified counsellor.
