Tea & Talk Sessions
Supportive one-to-one sessions for mums who feel overwhelmed, stuck or alone. Together, we talk things through, bring clarity to what's weighing on you, and help you leave feeling more grounded and supported.
One-to-One support sessions are held online via Whereby. Phone sessions are available if you prefer- just let me know when booking.
A judgement- free space to share what's on your mind, ask questions, and receive real- life support from another mum who's been there.
Whether you're feeling anxious,
overwhelmed or just need to cry it out- this is your space.
There's no pressure to have the ''right words''- just come as you are.
In a Tea & Talk session, you can expect:

Share as much or as little as you like, and allow yourself a moment to feel supported, understood and cared for.
You're Not Alone Circle
Small group (3-6 mums), 1 hour, once a week (Sundays) held online via Whereby.
A safe space to share, connect and feel less alone. Each session is gently guided but always open for real talk, support, shared stories and honest moments. You're not expected to 'fix' anything- just show up as you are.
Babies welcome in the background and messy hair is a given.
